Regarding the restaurant only:
Not a breakfast place per se, and yet the best eggs I've had in Nijmegen so far! Love the truffle scrambled eggs in particular, service is excellent and the ambiance is lovely.

Although I have stayed in this hotel in the past, today I’m reviewing the restaurant alone. The food is exquisite and the service top quality. The staff is happy to accommodate your requests even when they’re not the list. Being vegan, I was offered an improvised vegan main course that was delicious and very taste. The venue is beautiful, the wine choice very large and great staff very friendly. Must go back for more yumminess.

Having come to MANNA a few times over the years, it never fails to exceed my expectations. We’ve usually agreed to the tasting menu and wine pairing and every time, the food is incredible, and the wine pairings are perfect. You’ll leave the restaurant full in every way. Inside, the restaurant is beautiful with lots of white and classy decor—I can’t wait to return!

You would expect that more would be done for breakfast than just an apple, some tomatoes, a cucumber and toast with the only vegan butter that was over date. After you mentioned months ago that one guest is vegan. A little effort goes a long way!

The room was nice and clean. Like a sort of mini loft. Pretty cool. The staff was very nice.
