The best spot in Groningen if you look for understated elegance, excellent food and a delightful ambience. Service and staff excellent too. Very good value for money!

Food was great and service was good.
In my personal opinion the lights were somewhat bright and due to a busy table it was loud inside.
But I really enjoyed my time there.

Mooi pand. Heerlijke lunch gehad.
Maar al met al duurde het allemaal te lang. 2 gangen en dan ruim 3 uur zitten. Ook werd de tafel niet afgehaald. Bordjes glazen etc etc bleef eigenlijk de hele lunch op tafel. Dat kan niet bij deze status van t restaurant.

Beautiful property. Had a delicious lunch.
But all in all it all took too long. 2 courses and then sitting for over 3 hours. The table was also not removed. Plates, glasses, etc., etc. actually remained on the table for the entire lunch. That is not possible with this status of the restaurant.
