Wat een geweldige ervaring! Deze bistro weet precies wat het betekent om gasten welkom te laten voelen. Van het moment dat je binnenstapt, word je omarmd door de warme sfeer en de oprechte gastvrijheid van het personeel. De chef-kok heeft duidelijk een passie voor zijn vak, en dat proef je in elk gerecht. De kaart biedt een mooie balans tussen klassiekers en vernieuwende gerechten. Wat ik bijzonder waardeer, is de persoonlijke touch van de chef-kok (en eigenaar) die regelmatig even een praatje maakt met de gasten. Het eten is lekker. Maar je moet veel geduld hebben voordat je bedient wordt en voordat het eten en drinken komt. We hadden een 5 gangen menu en kregen na 2 uur een gang en drinken. In het restaurant hadden ze maar 7 tafels die ze moesten bedienen, waarvan 5 man personeel. De bediening had beter gekund, er valt veel meer winst te behalen.

The food is tasty. But you have to have a lot of patience before you are served and before the food and drinks arrive. We had a 5 course menu and were served a course and drinks after 2 hours. In the restaurant they only had 7 tables to serve, of which 5 were staff. The service could have been better, there is much more profit to be made.
