One of the best dining experiences of my life.

A shot of chilled vodka to cleanse the pallet followed by a blind-folded chocolate tasting.

We ordered the chef's recommended menu with wine pairings.  EVERY course was immaculately presented and packed with bold flavors.  All vegetables were fresh from the on-site garden.

Wait staff was top shelf.  Courses were served timely and our waters never dropped below half glass.

The restroom was wildly painted and had a gold gnome.

This was a great experience with some minor flaws. We love the combination of great food and a laid-back, informal atmosphere. Upon entering the restaurant you are greeted with a small drink before you are guided to your table. We decided to go for the vegetarian menu, which turned out to be an excellent choice and shows how much variation is possible by just using vegetables. The personal story from the chef is a nice little touch.

Overall the service was very friendly, with some minor issues. They completely forgot one of the drinks we ordered and it took a long time between some dishes to be served. I'd also recommend to bring the presentation of the restrooms to the same high level as the food served (e.g. fill or cover little holes in the wall).

We'll definitely come back another time as this combination of great food and atmosphere is hard to beat.

Undoubtedly one of the best restaurants in the Eindhoven region, this establishment is a must-visit if you appreciate Asian flavors presented with Michelin-star quality. We indulged in an 11-course dinner accompanied by extra small bites, and all four of us were thoroughly impressed. While it is quite expensive, it's probably on par with other restaurants of this caliber in the Eindhoven area.

Such an experience! The food is amazing, tasty, beautiful and daring. There is nothing simple about the dishes. It's a mix of passion, science, taking risks...and playful at the same time. I don't put any photo cos.. You just have to try it!!!
