Excellent for a fine dining experience. We enjoyed the four course from the signature seasonal-tribute menu. It comprised of sea bass, scallops, coffee-glazed pork on grilled cauliflower with jalapeno souce, and a choice of grapefruit sorbet or a cheese platter. Exceptional presentation, intense flavours,  paired well with the Provence Rose house wine. Friendly multi-lingual host. Recommended.

We went walking the dog in the gardens of Convent Sint Catharinadal. The nuns live in Slotje De Blauwe Camer. Their garden is very beautiful. Quiet and sereen. Even the dog kept silent. Medieval buildings have a very good vibe. They still stand there, watching time go by, comforting everyone who looks at them or enters into their safety. We only took a walk and that was very relaxing.
