Wow. What a luxury to have our OWN fine dining restaurant with vegetables taking centre stage! The courses were delicious, beautifully presented, with excellent service. Just so outstanding to make such delicate and refined food with vegetables. The wine, non alcoholic or juice menu also had so much thought. Our complements to you for daring to do this! Vegan fine dining at it's best!! Yes 5 stars. Very different than anything else in Breda. I really enjoyed that they didn't use any "fake meats", even though they surely would also do a great job; the fact that they mastered the art of using straight vegetables to create a "meaty" dish was really a treat. This is a date-night must.  Unique and exploratory flavors. Parking is easy. The surroundings are lovely. The refinished indoor setting is beautiful, clean and suitable for couples and groups alike.
