This restaurant does not only offer food, but an unforgettable dining experience.

I am usually skeptical when it comes to gourmet restaurants, so I was hesitant to visit La Nouvelle Auberge.
After some evaluation, We chose to go with a 4-course menu, which I normally never do; needless to say, I was second-guessing my choices.

What we were served, however, was nothing short of art. The combination of flavors in the dishes was something I could not even have imagined before, and I still can't exactly describe it, except, of course, as wonderful.
The pairing wines also complimented the dishes perfectly, and the desert was so delicious we had to ask for a second serving.

I have since been back a second time, which was just as amazing as the first time.

If you are looking to discover an entirely new world of flavors, I strongly recommend you visit La Nouvelle Auberge.

Food was tasty and service was attentive (though slow). But portions are ridiculous. Ok i’m in Europe (and i am european) so i know i’m not getting a midwest steak portion. But steak quantity was equivalent to two human fingers, about 10% of the size i get the midwest for the same price. If you are going to serve a sliver of meat for e30, please have the courtesy to list the weight on menu. Also only a single option for red wine by glass is just weird. As luck has it i like claret, but not everybody does.
