I went to this venue for both Marilyn Manson and Opeth concerts, and overall, it was a great experience 🎸🎶
The sound system is powerful and clear, which really made the shows even better. The ventilation was good too, it didn't feel too hot or too cold, which is something I really appreciate at a concert venue.

There are good options for alcohol and snacks both inside and outside of the room, and the staff were actually nice, which was a pleasant surprise. In a lot of other venues, the staff tend to be rude, and everything is insanely overpriced, but here, the prices were reasonable, and the service was ok. Definitely a good place for concerts, and I really enjoyed it!

The only downside is that it’s pretty far from the city center, which can be a bit of a hassle. But there’s a metro station right next to it, so at least it’s easy to get to. Overall, a solid venue for live music! 🎤🔥

Pleasantly surprised by this venue. Really love the option to be able to buy beverages right next to the stage itself so you don't have to exit the doors and step outside.

There are seats available, and they offer a good view of the stage. They do have a serious check of bags and stuff though, so it does take some time to enter. Be sure to check their website for permitted bag size.

I'm not sure if was just me, but I felt like I could smell the toilets all the way next to the seating area.

Sound engineers have done incredible job, because the sound quality was superb during the whole Pantera concert. No echoing, no loud terrible bass mess that makes you vomit, but still nice clean, strong sound. The Music Hall itself (even though not the biggest in capacity) is quite spacious. You don't have to push through to go to toilets or moisten your throat. Lot of lockers, small and medium size. Consist of one large music hall and one distinctly smaller for pre- and after parties.

Afas Live is actually a pretty "small" concert hall as it still feels quite intimate since you can see the stage very well wether you are seated or in the standing area.

The sound can be too loud at time, but maybe that depends on the production team.

It's also very convenient to get there via public transport.

But the managing of the queue should be improved when waiting for the event to start.

I have went to the same concert twice. Last year in Ahoy Rotterdam and this time at AFAS Live. The sound quality was so much better at AFAS. I have been there before so I knew it was good already, but now having a good comparison with the same concert it is astounding how much better it is at AFAS. Couldn't be happier.
