I lived in Shanghai for 6 months (many years ago) but something I won’t forget are the flavors.
A-Fusion brought me to Shanghai and all the variety of the Chinese and South-East Asian cuisine.
I chose this place to spend my Christmas night and it was perfect, the ambiance is great, the people who work here is amazingly kind.

Dishes you cannot miss: satay chicken, tuna truffle, butterfly shrimps and umami oysters 🤩
I’ll be back on my next visit to Amsterdam for sure.

It was our first time experiencing fusion cuisine and we loved it. The oysters, spring rolls, noodles box and meat were delicious. The only reservation I would have would be on the quantity served. Small portions except for the noodles box. So I would recommend going there for quality rather then the quantity

Top notch! Usually I can be quite skeptical about 'Asian fusion-food', but this is 'Asian Fusion' done right! Every dish we ordered was incredibly delicious. I would recommend many to go out of their comfort zone and try something else than the dim sum and sushi. The 'lamb' was extraordinary, good taste, very tender, amazing presentation. The 'tom yum sticks', great example of asian fusion done right. For the price, it is pretty decent too. One of the best in Amsterdam's Chinatown and different from the traditional/authentic restaurants.

Walked pass there and saw they have won Michelin bib-gourmet, but I wasn’t impressed with what I got in terms of the value.
I ordered spring roll-like appetizer( with Tom yum chicken inside) and butterfly shrimp.

The two dishes and green tea cost 29.5 euro!
The food I ordered could have been easily purchased from supermarket and cook at home….
