I recently had a wonderful stay at the Anantara Hotel in Amsterdam, and I can't recommend it highly enough!

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the professionalism and collaboration of the staff. The housekeeping team was exceptional, ensuring that my room was always spotless and well-stocked. Their attention to detail truly made my stay more comfortable.

I also enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a delicious variety of options to start my day. The spa was a perfect retreat, and the gym was well-equipped for anyone looking to maintain their fitness routine during their stay.

Another highlight was the option to rent a car, which made it easy to explore the surrounding areas.
The valet parking service was a great convenience, allowing me to explore the city without any hassle. Speaking of exploration, the concierge service was fantastic! They provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and activities, making it easy to discover the best of Amsterdam.  Overall, my experience at Anantara was outstanding, and I look forward to returning in the future!

The hotel is very nice, and the staff are wonderfully friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. The overall experience is definitely worth the price! The only caution for first time guests is to be aware of the type of room you select. There is one area of the hotel that seems to be older and more worn than the other parts, with very poor views from the windows to inner structures (metal framework and roofs). As my room was booked by a corporation, I was not aware of this reality. However, when I returned to the desk to complain about the room, the staff immediately did the best they could to move me to a more suitable room. The service throughout my visit was outstanding including the different areas such as the cafe, lounge, and restaurant. The morning breakfast in the Winter garden is delicious with exceptional service. Great overall experience!

My stay at this hotel was fantastic. We arrived early a few hours before check-in and the staff had already prepared our room! That was a life-saver as we were able to rest after our long travels.
The location is superb and the restaurants/brunch/bar were excellent. We were always served with a smile and we felt very welcomed by all the staff. I have never been served by a more friendly staff! The concierge was also very friendly and always answered all of our questions. He was available at the desk early in the morning until late in the evening which is more than most  hotels offer.
The bed was extremely comfortable and the housekeeping with turn-down service was impeccable.
Our view from the room was not very good/nice and the room was a little small; however, it was much larger than standard size for most European hotels. (It didn't make much of a difference for us because we were out most of the day.)
I 100% recommend this hotel. The staff made our trip to Amsterdam so much better. Thank you!

This is a very high-end, swanky hotel. We felt out of place. The buffet breakfast was extravagant and tasty. The rooms were large and comfortable. The location is in the center of Amsterdam and very convenient for walking. It was suggested by our travel agent and I would not spend the money to go there again. There is nothing wrong with it other than it is expensive.
