I constantly receive my 8 subs pack damaged and never complained. But at this time was unbelievable, the box came totaly opened and opened (see the photo), they can blame the transportation company, but it seems to me that given the wheight of 8 subs, the box is not good enough for it, if you go to the supermarket and buy a 24 heineken glass box, their box is much more hard than yours, the difference is the price, we pay a lot for the price per liter for a poor service.

I’ve never been more disappointed with a company than I am with BeerWulf. I spent £180 on a Sub machine, only to find out it was discontinued just over a year later. Now, it’s completely worthless, and the kegs I actually want—like Newcastle Brown Ale and Cider—haven’t been available for ages, despite their promise that kegs would remain available for two years. Clearly, that was a lie.

When I contacted customer service, Louay was polite but completely unhelpful. I was offered a £100 voucher toward upgrading to their Blade system, which would still cost me £400 more. This is not a solution—it’s just a forced upsell to another overpriced system that could also be discontinued at any time. Louay made no effort to explore other options, like vouchers for products that don’t require another machine, leaving me completely stuck.

This whole experience feels like a scam. BeerWulf has no regard for customer loyalty or fairness. Their handling of product discontinuations is disgraceful, and their so-called “solutions” only serve to squeeze more money from customers who’ve already been let down.

Avoid BeerWulf entirely—they clearly don’t care about their customers.

Cautious about using an unknown company, so placed a small order to try them out. Minor issue with order, but fantastic customer service actually called me after I had sent an email. Yes, a real human being!! Superb response and subsequently I've placed a much bigger order. Great prices, fantastic service. Will be placing many more orders as soon as I've worked my way through this lot

I was a bit wary of ordering from a new company especially when the prices seemed a bit cheap. There was no need to worry, all good, the delivery of the beer arrived despite there being a lot of snow in my area. I had good communication with Mark, they are currently working on supplying tracking information to customers which will just make things that little bit better when sat waiting to drink that first beer

Terrible Customer Service Agent Attitude
Having problems with a frothy Moretti keg, emails back and forth with a Customer Service Agent who thinks his an FBI agent. There whole attitude is not believe the customer and that we are all liars. Terrible attitude towards loyal customers who’ve spent thousands with them over the years.
