Breda in Amsterdam is an absolute gem! Tried the 5-course menu, and every dish was spectacular—creative, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The service was top-notch, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. A truly unforgettable dining experience. Highly recommend!

I did an embarrassing thing. I booked at their sister resto and showed up here. They were so accommodating and understanding and I was able to stay for dinner.

I found all of the fish dishes to be incredibly delicious - moist, well seasoned and accompanied. The lamb dish was very tough to cut through since it was more on the rare side and wasn’t quite as enjoyable.

This is the only fine dining restaurant I’ve visited in this city, and it was a super cool experience. The flavors are strong and bold, like heavy metal music, and they soften in the later dishes, creating a harmonious meal. I tried many new ingredients, like guinea fowl and North Sea shrimp. The taste, vibe, and wine selection were all great and paired perfectly with the meal.

Really excellent food, I can see why Michelin has their eye on this place; get in before they get a star, the value for money at this point is unbeatable! The service is excellent and the wine program is so on point. Would absolutely go back and expecting further recognition of this excellent restaurant.
