We had a wonderful dinner for my girlfriend’s birthday, and everything was absolutely superb. The staff was fantastic, the food was delicious, and the wine pairings were perfect. We especially want to highlight the skill and professionalism of the maître d’, who was always present on the floor, personally attending to each table. Compliments to the entire team for an amazing experience!!

A few months ago, I had the pleasure of dining at Ciel Bleu and the experience has stayed with me. The service was exceptionally attentive; the staff took the time to explain each dish with great care and precision, adding a special touch to the culinary experience.

The creativity in the presentation of the dishes was impressive (see attached photos). Each plate was a work of art, not only visually appealing but also inviting to taste. The balance and surprise of flavors showcased true craftsmanship and passion in the kitchen.

Ciel Bleu is a restaurant where both service and cuisine are at an outstanding level. It is a must-visit for anyone seeking a unique culinary experience. I will definitely come back soon to celebrate my birthday there.

My partner and I wanted to celebrate our 10 year anniversary with an unforgettable dining experience, and Ciel Bleu delivered one of the best evenings of our entire vacation.

Upon check-in, we were graciously welcomed into an immaculate dining room and seated at a table overlooking Amsterdam transitioning from dusk to night, which was breathtaking.
From start to finish, each member of the team went above and beyond our expectations. Everyone that interacted with us exuded such warmth and a passion for impeccable customer service which lives up to the countless glowing reviews. The hype is well deserved!

And the food...
Having never been to a Michelin ranked restaurant, I was optimistically intrigued to experience their 7 course menu. Each plate delivered a balance of technical expertise, aesthetic beauty, and depth of flavor that proves how much love and consideration goes into every detail.
We were even treated to an unexpected dessert to celebrate our special day which was so lovely and made the night even more magical.

Dank je wel and gochisousama deshita for providing one of my favorite dining experiences ever. We will definitely be back on our next visit to Amsterdam!

All dishes were consistent, presentation also very nice. The highlight in our opinion was the ox tail and the lobster. The pairing was also on point.
