Terrible service!! Totally NOT client orientated and don’t attempt to deliver quality. I ordered a masterpiece that arrived broken. Took 3 months until they collected the art work and had to wait three more months until the panting came back. The quality was significantly worse than the original. The top layer of epoxy was really thin compared to the original one. As a result the painting lost its glow and richness. Everyone could see this without a doubt. Even the store nnwho epainting took again a couple of months for Cobra to nog reply on the matter. They’re saying the quality couldn’t be worse and they have never made a visit to look at it their selves. Given the price of the Masterpiece (eur 7.000) and the fact the claim to be in the art business you would have expected a more service and quality approach but they communicatie arrogant and don’t take you seriously and simply rejected the complained ending up with a poor version of the painting we have bought. Given this experience I would NEVER go back because it’s a plain scam.

Behind his desk he decided after a couple of months not hearing anything that he isn’t going to do something with this complaint. Terrible customer experience and no service at all. Even the ikea provides more service and given the fact that you’re an art company in the high segment you would have thought you would take clients seriously as well as complaints. But that was not the case. You’re welcome to contact me but than you would have to convince you boss of his wrong doing. It is not that I haven’t tried but he doesn’t value his clients.
