Amazing. Great hotel, location and service. Took great care of us to make sure our room was to our satisfaction. We were not happy with the room because it was in front of a busy elevator, and they promptly moved us to an upgraded room. Also, our flight was delayed and they took care of us and ensured did not take advantage and overcharge for an extra day.  Beautiful hotel and great service. Highly recommend.

I visit the lobby and spa here frequently, and everything is absolutely fabulous. The service in the lobby is absolutely fabulous and will cater to your needs, and the spa is a magnificent place to relax after a busy day or week. Nothing but good things to say! Truly feels like a second home when visiting.

Visited Amsterdam with my family and decided to stay in hotel 'L Europe since its located right in the center of Amsterdam. We were very kindly received at the reception, we were impressed by the service. The rooms were super clean, beds were perfect and the view was great. We were really sorry to leave after 5 days and for sure will return. Our best hotel experience, highly recommended, if we could we would give 6 stars ).

My wife and I recently stayed here and were beyond impressed with this hotel. We’ve had several stays in Amsterdam and this was by far the nicest we’ve experienced. Our room was spotless upon arrival and cleaned daily, which made everything feel so welcoming. The service was incredible, with friendly staff and doormen who even helped me learn a bit of Dutch. They helped us arrange a canal tour and set up bicycles, making it easy to explore the area. Though we didn’t have breakfast, it looked impressive every morning. Freddy’s, a bar attached to the hotel, was the perfect starting point for our nights out. We also had a member of our group in a wheelchair, and the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. Highly recommend for a wonderful stay. Dank je wel and see you again soon!

A top notch hotel. Wonderful staff. Great bed. The pool, sauna and steam rooms were impressive and very clean. The location is tucked away in a quiet street but accessible to everything. They have a great bar out the back where my wife and I enjoyed a few tequilas. There is a wonderful boutique shop in the hotel worth checking out. We were in town for a concert - these guys organised all our transport while we were there - the driver and his vehicle was perfect providing a chauffeur service to us. They are ready to serve their guests. One thing they need to improve is their late night menu - they had hardly anything to offer us which is the only thing that lets it down. When your spending circa €1000 a night you dont want to hear the words “sorry we cant” - we always need options! Overall Impressed guys - the hotel is nearly perfect! We will be back.
