Solid ramen overall. Stopped here when venturing over to the Jordan neighborhood and it was a great choice for lunch.

Definitely a quaint setting and more geared toward smaller groups. This spot had tasty miso broth and good flavors overall. Noodles are little thicker than average ramen I’ve had in the past but still quite tasty.

Love love love this Ramen place in Amsterdam. We were craving Ramen and found this place down the street from our hotel. It did not disappoint. Everything we had here was amazing. I would highly recommend it. They have a sister place Fou Fow Udon just down the street, which is equally as good.

One of the best spots for Ramen in Amsterdam ⭐️

The food is delicious and served quite fast! On my last visit, we had the Miso ramen (classic) with chicken instead of pork and the Tan Tan Men (large). Both were fantastic and the portions are big so only opt for large if you are really hungry. The fried chicken gyozas were a nice starter. As for the drink, we went for the sweet Japanese green iced tea (sugar free option available). The staff are super friendly and service is fast. This was my second visit and definitely will not be the last.

✍🏽Pro tip: visit the place instead of ordering to get the full experience and make sure to write your name on the waiting list (usually there is a line and waiting time is between 10-20 minutes depending on how busy it is)

One of the best vegan ramen around here ! So creamy, nourishing and well seasoned. Great tofu, fresh shitake and plant based meat. The vegan gyozas were great too, and the staff very nice.
Make sure to go early or at strategic hours because you can t book in advance and it gets full very fast

Solid ramen in a cute little shop. Got the Tan Tan Spicy -- I thought the broth was absolutely fantastic, with a proper amount of spice (I like my ramen to have some heat). However, my noodles were slightly overcooked, but not enough to be a deal-breaker. Bowl presentation was curious and felt lazy. The service was inconsistent, despite the ratio of servers to patrons.  Be sure to put your name on the paper list by the door as soon as you arrive. Don't be like me and wait in a twenty person line only to find this out. 🙃 Despite these criticisms, I really enjoyed my experience and would recommend it to anyone.
