What a fun place!
First timers - you buy a ticket, sign a waiver, buy special non-slip socks (only 2.5 Euros), and go inside.
They have a variety of trampolines, as well as a place where you can play trampoline dodgeball! There are also foam pools and other things I can't even name. It's just fun, so go there.

Only annoying thing is getting there by public transport and on foot. It's located deep inside a gated complex with a parking lot. If you have a car, no problem. If you arrive with public transport, be prepared for a few minutes walk, and in an unwelcoming area that is the parking lot.

Fun place but horrible customer service. Count on everything being late if you have a birthday there. I had my daughter’s birthday there a few years back, and it was a mess. Constant following up with the staff. My daughter went to a birthday there last weekend, and the poor mother of the birthday child had the identical experience.

The staff was so incredibly friendly and helpful! I would highly recommend Jumpsquare Oost to others, especially if you are considering hosting a birthday party there. All of the kids will love it.

We have booked here for my son's 9th birthday, 10 kids to jump around for 1 hour and half, Late afternoon on Friday, thought It would be busy but was not the case thankfully. Staff was friendly and helpful, seen reviews highlighting the rudeness of the staff but really; either they took note and modified the behavior or I was just lucky... but we had a nice time and my son was very happy and tired and the end of the day, total win..! Sincere regards to everyone at jumpsquare Amsterdam! ;-)

The place is great.  Clean, fresh, there are people in charge in the room and they were attentive, concerned that the children have fun, but also about safety.  They even taught a couple of tricks.  One of my sons sprained his ankle and the support was great.  All perfect.
