This is one of our favorite breakfast places, which we have been visiting for a few years already.
The dishes are very different from standard breakfast dishes with eggs.
The flavors are not typical, but very tasty. They combine salty, a bit sweet and perfectly spiced taste that makes a satisfying bomb in your mouth.
Oh, we love Basque cheesecake here as well!

Lovely food and large portions. We went on a Saturday morning and it was nicely busy but service was very good. We had the lamb and mince beef with houmous and the poached eggs with labneh. Both were generous dishes and very tasty. Really enjoyed the roasted pumpkin with the poached eggs, really nicely balanced dish with a bit of spice from the Aleppo pepper. The carrot juice was also lovely.

Don’t come here in the winter! They don’t show that they are concerned about the client. When I arrived there was no table in front of me, but I was asked to wait outside in the cold (0°C). They have heaters outside but they don’t turn it on, so you must wait in the cold by their policy. It's ZERO CELSIUS! But later another couple was allowed to sit in the bar drinking a warm coffee. Why not me? By the way, the temperature inside is quite cold. I was not the only one that eat the food with the big jacket on. Not nice, really.

The door is broken, so every time is closed there is a big noise. Please, fix it! The food is good but to be honest, all the previous experience ruined my morning. I wanted to eat breakfast in a nice and warm place, not to be cold and eating with my jacket…

One of my favorite things to do in Amsterdam is explore the brunch scene, but unfortunately, this spot was a big letdown. I ordered the chickpea pancakes, and they were incredibly dry, with an overwhelming curry flavor that dominated the entire dish. Hoping for a better experience, I tried the brisket, but it too was overpowered by the same curry flavor. The seasoning completely ruined what could have been a great meal. Overall, I was very disappointed.

The mushrooms were cooked to perfection- as were the poached eggs. Simple dish but the execution was exceptional, absolutely recommend it. I have been here multiple times already, never disappointed.
