We loved this place ! Went in for brunch ! Food , atmosphere , wait staff, flavors , cleanliness, attention to detail … everything was impressive in a cost casual friendly and down to earth non pretentious atmosphere! I randomly went in to grab a quick bite, but I’ll definitely go back to try the rest of the menu.
I really liked the presentation and taste of the herring (pomme waffle). It paired well with the potato waffle.
The waitress was very attentive and carefully explained the choices to the table next to mine. They ordered the 'New Dutch Experience' plate. It looked really nice if you're not sure where you should start trying.
It’s a great place to experience Dutch cuisine.

My wife and I are from the US and we visited the Netherlands back in September 2024. We had a lovely outdoor lunch here. I had the Hangover Burger with seasoned crisps and a side salad. My wife had a salmon and avocado pie with poached eggs and hummus. I would strongly recommend this place!

Beautiful cafe with the most delicious food!
We had a selection of dishes and were so impressed by everything.
It was super busy, but the food service was prompt! The waitress was so lovely, too.
Would 100% recommend.
I had the burrata salad and it was so yummy. It was nice to have a wintry dish that was still really fresh.

I was travelling solo for work to Amsterdam, and found this nice place whilst looking for somewhere to have my last breakfast before coming back home.

The pancakes with egg and bacon were really good, and the Portuguese waiter was lovely to chat with. Will definitely come again next time I’m in the city!
