A long overdue review! We enjoyed a great experience back in February this year!

From the moment you make a reservation until you arrive in the restaurant the team has been utmost helpful and assist you in all your needs!

The menu is great every single course is tasteful, beautiful in presentation and great portions!

We definitely recommend to enjoy a wonderful dinner and having a great time!

Absolutely incredible - from the WhatsApp message the day of, speakeasy atmosphere, exceptional service, to the unforgettable food - everything was exceptional. My favorite meal on our Europe trip. Being someone who doesn’t like feeling crowded / loud music, I had some hesitation about the “club atmosphere” but it was intimate and tasteful. 10/10, we will be back next time we visit Amsterdam :)

Great experience at Graphite. Food is delicious, interesting combinations, the service is excellent. The wine list is interesting, but overpriced and with insufficient options for wine by the glass.

Exceptional from start to finish. everything about this dining experience was just perfect, each dish looked like a work of art and tasted unbelievably good. The staff were so friendly and attentive as well which added to the experience. All in all one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had.

When I heard about this place I was so excited to try on my next trip to Amsterdam, I made a reservation but I was put on a waiting list. About four days later I decided to follow up since I did not hear anything back. I made a call and I was given a time slot for my reservation, I was looking forwards to the experience.
On the morning of reservation, I received a message with necessary information to get to the restaurant and some other details.
Upon arrival and successfully entering the restaurant, I was briefed and sat on my table. I chose the 15 course menu.

Service was amazing, staff are knowledgeable and try to accommodate as much as possible. Food experience was great, although I would increase the size slightly maybe by .5 oz.
They use a lot of fish dish as mentions in their website. I loved the experience and would maybe try again in summer time since their menu changes seasonally.
As per the staff request, I won’t go into the details since they want the experience to be more personal to each guests.
The price was €150 for 15 course meal, for that I would add an Amuse-bouche and palate cleanser.
