Whenever friends or family visit me in Amsterdam, Secret Garden is always one of the first places I suggest! Nice vibe and great atmosphere. Yes! What an experience. We had dinner here tonight. When you enter the street you do not expect a restaurant looking this spectacular.
Then the food: Japanese Peruvian kitchen. Shared dining with excellent fresh dishes. Fish, beef, vegetables and deserts. All were a pleasure for the mouth. Cocktails were spot on and the wine card is excellent!
Last but not least the service. Smiling people with excellent knowledge of their food and drinks.
Absolutely worth the visit. Will come back. Thank you!

Gentleman at the bar was phenomenal host for an exquisite meal. The ceviche and tiradito were well balanced and the fish was of high quality. Padron peppers were delicious and plenty great to share. The crab cake was flavorful but wished it wasn’t deep fried. Everything else was on point. A very nice place for a special group dinner or an intimate meal or drinks in the lounge.

I visited for my birthday dinner with some friends. Our group was treated very well by all the staff. The food was delicious, and we all enjoyed sharing the dishes. They offer a good selection of wines which pair well with the dishes. At the end of the dinner, my server brought over a small complimentary dessert for my birthday.

Beautiful place, amazing ambiance, live music from time to time. Perfect for a date.
Food was good, just the chicken a bit tasteless. I found the portions a bit too small for the price.
