Had a fantastic stay in the Amsterdam house over new years. We ate at Cecconi’s and the house restaurant, both served really well cooked and delicious food.

All of the staff were friendly and attentive. Beautiful building with clean and spacious rooms.

Fantastic location too.

Would definitely return!

By far the worst Soho House I've been to across the globe. The service is non-existent. I've walked out multiple times after sitting for +15min with no service, or a waiter dropping a menu then never coming back.

If you're becoming a member or staying here for the pool use, think again. It's over-crowded by 9am all summer and absolutely filthy. They don't clean it on mornings after a busy day so be prepared to swim around in nothing but garbage from the day before.

If you're a member so that you can attend the events, their booking system is awful. You can never get tickets to anything (even right when they release) and if you turn up to the events you always see the same handful of people inside. It's clearly not a fair allocations system at all, or whoever runs it is just giving access to friends before anyone else.

Overall this place is not worth coming to, let alone the high membership fee associated unless you want to use it for the other houses globally

I had the pleasure of being served by Adriana at Soho House Amsterdam, and her exceptional service truly stood out. From the moment I arrived, her patience and attentiveness were remarkable. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, making the entire experience memorable. Her genuine hospitality and willingness to accommodate every request with a smile left a lasting impression. One of my favorite soho houses! I’m a member in the Austin house and have stayed in many across the country but this has to be the best.

Rooms: we had the small plus room and were surprised at how large the room was. As always, it was well-decorated, cozy, and had absolutely everything we needed. Every room is stocked with a hair dryer, flatiron, steamer, lint roller, and all the products you might need for bathing and getting ready! The view of the canal was also spectacular and the windows actually open which is great when you want to get some fresh air. The coffee and cookies in the room are 12/10.

Room Service: Ordered room service on two occasions during our trip and it was great both times - and honestly the prices are pretty decent. See attached pic.

Spa: Always try to make a spa appointment happen when I’m at a soho house and this was one of the best facials I’ve ever had. The Cowshed Signature Facial was incredibly relaxing and I left with glowing skin that day (and honestly for the next couple days).

Fitness Center: Coming from equinox I have high expectations of a gym but honestly this wasn’t bad compared to other hotels I’ve been to. While there was a decent amount of equipment, the gym was always quite busy since it’s open to all members, not just hotel guests.

Club Room: Despite the slow dinner and bar service on both occasions we visited, the atmosphere of the club space is really relaxing and such a vibe.

Highly recommend this location and can’t wait to come back when I can use the rooftop in the summer!

Rooms are nicely decorated. The rest seems very pretentious. We stayed 4 nights and felt that it was more of a place to been seen by young people who aren't staying at the hotel. We are on a work trip from Australia and the time difference meant we needed to work while having breakfast. The no laptop rule at certain tables is very weird. We were surrounded by people on laptops on the bar and smaller tables but were told we couldn't use ours. We felt like school children. Perhaps they should make it harder for people not staying at the hotel to enter level 5 so the guests paying 600aud a night who aren't there to be seen are able to work quietly.
