We enjoyed every single dish.
Each dish was a nice portion and beautifully served. Only that we felt slightly uncomfortable when a kind waiter was talking over our wine glasses because of the current covid outbreak continuing in the country. It's not only at this restaurant. Hope the whole situation gets better soon.

During the lockdown, we ordered twice take out, it's nice. In August 2021 finally there is a chance to have the dinner there, it's really good. Nice dishes, not over seasoning, every bite you can taste the flavour of the ingredients itself. Nice wine pairing and lots of choice for whiskey.
In June 2022 we visited BOSQ again, this time the experience menu really surprised us because it's really tasty! Especially the slow marinated and roasted Anges beef with BBQ sauce, that's the highlight of the dinner! Also, the pop corn ice cream as dessert is also a surprise. Right away we booked the next Wednesday visit, can't wait to try other dishes soon.

Amazing experience in the middle of nothing. Texel is a small island, a peaceful tourist place, and you can't expect such good restaurants in this kind of places.

Menu is not in english, it's hard to understand what is written if you don't speak Dutch; anyway, the waiter was so kind to go through the entire menu, and he explained ingredient by ingredient every course.

Gourmet meals, prices are above average, price performance was extremely good. Silence and peace were very appreciated.

If you like to eat well while travelling, you can't miss this place.
