If I can give a -1 star review, I definitely would. The venue oversold the tickets for ADE event so a lot of attendees were stuck upstairs not being able to go down to see the main performers. On top of that, I have to pay €2 for access to toilets when I have already paid for the ticket, and toilet is not even that clean to begin with. I flew all the way to Amsterdam to see my fav DJ only to be disappointed because of the venue. Please do better

I went there during the summer for The 6pm Club. Like 80% of guys out that evening I was wearing shorts. It was a heat wave, and they were nice chino shorts. The staff refused to let me into Jimmy Woo stating it was against their dress code.

I'd checked their dress code. It says "While a specific dress code is not imposed, we request that guests refrain from football shirts, or any attire that could be perceived as insulting, in any way."

We'd pre-purchased our tickets a month before and my partner was really excited, she's usually asleep when clubs open and we thought this might actually be something we could do together regularly. But after emailing the venue and how we were treated, we won't be coming back.

If you're going to impose a rule you made up regarding attire, and block people wearing shorts on literally the warmest day of the year, you should add that rule to your website's dress code. And we deserve a refund.

This place is a joke. Not sure what they have going on over here. We waited in line for over 1.5 hours for an ADE event before calling it quits. It was an oversold show, but people with tickets were waiting outside to get in. People were getting in based off people coming out of the venue regardless of ticket holding status. Very poorly run, waste of time and I preferred losing out on seeing the show over getting into this venue.
