Found this place in 2022 by accident the first time. Fantastic atmosphere and great service - Carlotta thank you for squeezing us in for dinner. Dessert was the highlite.
In sept2024 we decided to revisit and this time for a birthday treat. Beautiful weather made for a perfect ambience to sit on the patio and watch all the boats passing by. Staff (Robert and Jacqueline) were very attentive and provided excellent suggestions for white wines by the glass. Very tasty and refreshing. However, despite early booking and informing them about our diet - vegans/vegetarian - the food whilst colorful and fresh provided an under whelming flavor profile. The highlites again were the dessert - chefs special which combined poached pear with raspberry gelato topped with merengue. The cheese plate was also pretty tasty.

Great and Romantic Location having a Lunch Indoor or Outdoor. Good quality Food but bit Pricy compared to what you get.

Always a great set menu here and the 2024 Easter all in menu was no exception. Thoroughly recommended and whether you arrive my car or boat, always parking in a secure environment.

What a wonderful time we had at Slangevegt! They only serve one menu, the chef’s menu, with three to six courses. This menu changes about every three weeks. Having only one menu allows them to focus on preparing high quality dishes and will take you on a culinary adventure! They also have excellent wine pairings for each course. Last but not least, the service is excellent and the ambiance is great. Highly recommended. Tonight, my favorite course was a Lobster bisque (not shown). Oh, and, there home made Limoncello was really good as well!

Such a magnificent restaurant; exceptional food and setting - we’ve visited several times before however this most recent visit was a complete disappointment. The staff were completely disinterested, non informative and generally seemed annoyed at us as guests. We spent two and half hours at the restaurant, waited forever for service, got one drink each only and generally were ignored for the better part of the afternoon. Had we not been familiar with the spot we would   Never want to return - possibly the staff had a bad day or they’ve become complacent with their reputation. Was a real shame as we were celebrating a birthday,
