Lutum is without a doubt the best restaurant I have ever visited. Every visit is an incredible culinary experience. The 12 course tasting menu is simply stunning, with dishes that are as beautiful as they are delicious. Each dish is perfectly executed, and the flavors are harmonious and innovative.

The wine pairing is also exceptional. Each wine is carefully selected to complement the dishes, and the sommelier is very knowledgeable and passionate. The service is impeccable, with a team that is attentive, warm, and professional, making the experience even more memorable.

For me, Lutum easily deserves 2 Michelin stars. It is a true culinary gem that offers an extraordinary dining experience every time. I highly recommend this restaurant to all food lovers.

I've known 't Klooster from my friends wedding were the cook outside, only vegetable 12 rounds course.  It was a night for the ages and was stunned of the flavour balance and creativity. This time we went to their restaurant and the same experience. What tells alot. The ambiance, the food, the service everything was on point. A day I personally will never forget! Till next time ;)

Amazing hidden gem in the quiet little historical ‘city’ of Wijk bij Duurstede. A little hard to find, tucked away in an old cloister in the middle of the city, but worth the search.
Dedicated to serving only locally grown food (except the wines) they’ve come up with very inventive an delicious recipes. French and Asian/Buddhist influences are noticeable but their menu defies common classification, you really need to try it out for yourself!
