Tapisco is a lovely tapas bar in town that has such a good, chilled ambiance to it. There is a great selection of cold and hot plates to enjoy, and I haven’t come across one that I haven’t liked yet.

There are tables near the open kitchen for you to marvel at how the food is being prepared.

The waiters are super attentive and polite. Ready when you need anything, yet not intrusive.

I’ve been here serveral times and love coming here with friends when we want delicious, filling bites to eat, but not be stuffed.

We loved the vibes and interaction with the staff. Seeing the chefs preparing the meals is an interesting take on the dining experience. Also having the meal freshly served after seeing the artistry of plating the food. I was too full to have dessert. May have to come again for that as well.

Restaurant has a nice, modern vibe and the staff are friendly and helpful… food was a little hit and miss… The smoked mackerel rilette was absolutely fabulous, as were the boneless ribs. The dessert tasted amazing but the meringue was too cooked/dry for my liking . The oyster/passion fruit combi would work bette if it lost a little bitterness. We all felt that it overpowered the oysters; The pulpo, mussels and scallops were all over-cooked. The entrecote was also overcooked… All in all I think this place has some great food on the menu, some of which are amazingly prepped/cooked. However I can’t escape the thought that the quality is suffering because of the volume of food being turned out.  If I go again it will be at a moment when the restaurant is quiet.

Great service and nice food, cheaper than you would expect. We had some smaller and some bigger tapas, all taste great paired with a nice beer and wine.
