In my opinion, Zeezout is the best Michelin-star restaurant in Rotterdam. Their 6-course menu is an excellent deal for the high-quality, creative dishes they offer. Each course is unique, fresh, and expertly prepared, showcasing the chef’s talent. The service is outstanding—attentive, friendly, and professional. We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary  and it was a really special evening! The staff was very kind, every dish was explained in detail. The quality of different types of fish was excellent and every dish was a pleasant surprise!

Maybe too highly expecting the first time visit Rotterdam and so looking forward for the Michelin star restaurant and also seafood cuisine! But to be honest , maybe I wasn’t lucky , the menu is not really matching my flavor ! And too simple and nothing surprised . Paying more than 100€ I think maybe deserve a little bit higher value seafood such as lobster or nice crabs . Not just monkfish salmon and tuna .The service is friendly, surrounding is cozy , but what a pity I didn’t find it tasteful ! But still thanks for the staffs !!
