I celebrated my birthday here two weeks ago, and it was a great experience, the tasting menu took about total 4 hours . The soups were a bit salty, which might be a characteristic of Nordic cuisine. The bread was delicious and left a strong impression. The service was friendly, though there was still a bit of distance, and the introductions felt a bit rushed. I felt that Benjamin gave us a detailed explanation of the wines, demonstrating very professional knowledge. Thanks for the service, we will come back again.

This restaurant really deserves its Michelin star!! The food here is very unique, dishes are all equally tasty, and unique. The ingredients used to make each dish adds to the flavour, and it was a very enjoyable dinner. The service was also epic and there would be up to 3 waiters walking to your table at once, they seem very caring for their customers.

About the food, the dishes were all quite fresh and delicious, especially the duck. Very interesting dish with potato, three spices of duck meat and other duck parts. Impressive how the food was arranged onto the plate. Cod was also very fresh and nice!!

Good desserts also, it really helps us to refresh and relax, the sorbet is very soothing. Every dish served was good.

Overall a really nice and enjoyable restaurant. Pretty good wine list and some terrific dishes.
A couple of low points: the veal was terrible no one cared (some junior people in the service that need much more training).

Delightful tasting menu of the day. Everything was prepared well, great and attentive service. Beautiful room. I'd come back again to try a different seasonal menu. Laerling was the nicest waitress and I enjoyed chatting with her.

This place is gorgeous, the food is special, beautiful and tasty, the service is very good, every time you need anything, they already know before you say. The inside is also beautiful, with a lot of paintings. The chef came to ask how are we doing, and stay a bit to talk with us and laugh with us. We took the large tasting menu, so we tried a lot of different things, I loved them all, taste and appearance. I also tried the wine tasting menu, it was perfect. At the end, I was both full, and drunk, and of course, happy. I highly recommend, this place justify the Michelin star.
