Hiked during winter. The hike distance was approx 1.2km from Vettakollen train station starting point to the top. The viewpoint was amazing.

Easy track. Nice for beginner. You need lamp for a night trekking. Awesome view and lovely scenery during the way. Around 1.2 km from vettakollen station. Use T bane metro on line 2 to reach there

I am pretty lucky to live in the area where is close to this viewpoint. It's a very popular short hike from Vettakollen station with a great view of Oslo. You will see a lot of sporty people, local hikers, tourists and cute doggos.

If you wanna have pizza with a view, there is a pizzeria nearby 🍕 (But if you wanna stay fit, then forget about it 😜)

There are many other hiking trails from here as well. Sometimes you can spot wild animals which I love about this area.

Overall, a great spot if you wanna have a quick getaway from the city 😊
