Stayed a night on a 3 day trip to Norway. Keep thinking about it months later. Modern and stylish, staff were really friendly and accommodating, food was excellent, hot tub was👌Pod rooms were incredible, waking up to this lake view. It's a 5 minute walk to the supermarket and the bus stop gets you to Voss or the fjord at Gudvangen.

I want this to be my HQ when I become a villain.

Elva was the most incredible hotel we have ever stayed at throughout all of our travels.

The staff were all extremely kind, friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. This isn’t usually something I notice at hotels but Elva made us feel so welcome and comfortable. Special shoutout to Lukas!

It is in such a unique location and we really couldn’t have stayed anywhere more beautiful for our honeymoon. Thank you Elva for an experience of a lifetime.

You can't beat its location, its nordic design (including amazing furniture), its dining facilities, its open-air jacuzzis, its views from the rooms and its friendly and responsive management & other team members.
We only stayed two nights at this but would also have enjoyed a week!
Great to walk around in mother nature surrounding the hotel, and after that enjoying a relaxing time in one of the open-air jacuzzis whilst drinking a glass of beer or wine!
The restaurant has a beautiful view over the lake and the three course dinner served was exquisite!
Definitely a hotel recommended to those after something special and a place where will return to when visiting Voss on another occasion

Lovely eco hotel on the side of a lake.  Rooms have been designed to make the most of the view.  Beds set into an alcove one side if which is the window which means you have only one side - would have been better to have been able to walk round the bed. Good food although you have to choose either an all meat, fish or vegetarian menu and pay in advance.  Would have been nice to have had a mixture.  No wine list. Good buffet breakfast with cooked eggs to order.

Wow what a SPECTACULAR dinner experience here at the Elva restaurant! The fish was so fresh and all three courses were intricately put together but the chef. The staff was so wonderful and left us feeling very happy every day!:) We will be back to the Elva
