Excellent hotel. The location is perfect close to many attractions in the centre of bergen. The staff were lovely very kind, the food was delicious quite a good range of different foods for breakfast. The gym has a wide range of equipment to use. There is a roof top garden which is small but very cute and some great views. The only thing I'd say it that the beds are a bit hard, but everything else was great, I would recommend to many people.

Really enjoyed our stay. The location is fantastic, a short walk away from central Bergen. Also, on a pedestrianised street so reasonably quiet. Included breakfast is varied and fresh. It appears they make a lot of the food in-house. The hotel is clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel seems proud of its environmental awareness, with recycling at the door. Rooms are modern with quality bathrooms and adequately comfortable beds. There were a few English TV channels. There were no tea/coffee facilities in our room, though, which was the only issue for a 4-star hotel. View wasn't great either (not that they can help this). Would come back to this hotel.

The breakfast was delicious and had a lot of variety. They also had sufficient vegan options including alternative milks.
The room was clean and comfortable. The location was an easy walk to most places that we need to go. Good value for money.

Rooms even though newly renovated were disgusting. Even though there was a thermostat in the room it didn't actually control anything. My room even though I would turn it down the 18 Celsius it would climb back up to 24 Celsius which is not comfortable or conducive to sleeping.

Random wires were exposed all over the hotel. Random lights along the stairs had popped out.

Breakfast was terrible. Limited options, terrible coffee.

The location was nice and convenient.
