Absolutely gorgeous! The exhibits are well presented. A very wide range of exhibits, surprisingly diverse. A hidden gem!

The staff are very friendly, especially the lady in the gift shop.

Very good value and would recommend the audio guide!

It has the world’s worst cloaking processes when it’s busy but once you’re over this obstacle and queue, the rest of the museum is an absolute delight. Rooms and corridors and side spaces full of immaculate treasures that gave me a previously unknown insight into Polish history. I had to task a couple of times to work out how to navigate the complex but thoroughly enjoyed it - especially with all exhibits having an explanation in English

Very busy when we went in a Sunday but we realised the admission fee was much cheaper. Because of the discounted entry fee we could not book in advance which I would recommend. Worth the wait as they had some beautiful paintings and some amazing things to see.

I was impressed by this museum's collection even though i am not really an art enthousiast. Paintings and other artifacts are well maintained. Navigating through the museum was a bit challenging: it felt like a maze,but that added to the thrill.

Amazing museum in the old town of Krakow. Not expensive -65 zlot, staff are very friendly and smily. They have space to leave large luggage. It took me around 2 hours to see everything - main exposition, armoury, and the jewel Leonardo Da Vinci painting.
