Third time’s the shock.
Honestly it’s really sad when the service and staff can vary so drastically from one day to another. I’ve had a great pleasure to get coffee from this place two times. The most recent one, possibly my last one, was just as rude as service can get: rolling eyes, throwing shade, and challenging me when I’m paying for something and want to get the value of what I’m promised. I’d recommend a training for all folks to set the benchmark for what should be expected here. Coffee is delicious though — when done the right way

The best cafe that I found after two visits for more than a week in Krakow. Excellent coffee, tasty cakes that are served in generous portions and on pretty plates, interesting (with a positive connotation) music choices, pretty backyard seating. Prices are elevated.

Very nice coffee place with a relaxing garden. We ordered iced latte and shared a piece of brownie, it was very delicious. Can recommend this place to bring a book (and your dog) and relax in the garden when the weather is nice.

What a lovely place, each visit was soothing, the staff is relaxed and helpful and looks like they enjoy being part of this place. The coffee is exceptional, the atmosphere feels authentic with a good mix of professionalism and chill. Would recommend at any time of the year.
