Lots of history in this building, from horrific stories of the ghetto and camps to stories of the brave who stood against the nazis. Well worth a visit. I visited early afternoon on a Sunday and it was fairly busy, I'd recommend looking up and going for a quieter time to soak it all in.

Our guide was excellent. He was able to describe in detail how Krakow was during ww2. Factory is mainly focused on this rather than Schindler. Lovely environment. We also did the Ghetto tour that further develops the story. We prebooked tour which is the only way to see the museum with development of the story. We did see ppl turned away by booking office as it was full.

Alike many others, I was disappointed to find out this was turned into a generic war museum, with little reference to Schindler and the Schindler Jews. The mini cinema with videos of survivors recollections was very interesting. We did not book tickets and went for approx 10am, only had a 30 minute wait which I thought was fair. I am grateful the office block still stands as a reminder, even if it does have apartments surrounding it 😞.

We were expecting there to be much more about the Oskar Schindler story. There was next to nothing.

The overall history of the war in Krakow was really good, but the exhibits were often hard to read.

Tours should not be permitted. There is not enough room and the tour guides clog things up in the most interesting areas making it next to impossible to get by the group.

My wife and I both thought the video with some of the people Schindler protected was the best part of the museum.

I went here while visiting Krakow last week. Its about a 25 minute walk from old town Krakow. I bought tickets at the door with no wait time. Is was quite the experience and worth visiting.
