Vi har två smörgåsar. Smörgåsarna var enorma och läckra. Vi rekommenderar starkt Broda Pastrami. Paret som driver butiken är mycket vänliga.

På ett besök i Kazimierz gående för att fånga en spårvagn såg vi Mr Broda. Vi stannade snabbt till för att se vad det handlade om. Vi hade precis ätit lunch. Maria och Borda erbjöd oss några smakprov på deras oastrimi och rostbiff. Deras lilla operation är ett arbete av kärlek och perfektion deras mål. Vi lovade att vi skulle hitta tillbaka nästa dag. Reuben’s är min favoritsmörgås och jag har inte smakat någon på flera år. Inte tillgängligt där vi bor. Ruben var mitt val och det gjorde ingen besviken. Det var himmelskt. Maken hade Urban Roast nötkött, faktiskt delade vi våra smörgåsar. Båda olika men lika läckra. När du är i Krakow, Mr Borda är ett måste försöka.

VAR TVUNGEN att uppleva detta första hand när du är på semester i Krakow, och var inte besviken! Gick inte en gång, men två! En ordentlig rubensmörgås (FULLMATAD med kött och serverad med ordentliga sura & knapriga hemlagade dill pickles jästa i saltlake) på vår första kväll, och en laddad rostbiffsmörgås med karamelliserad lök på den andra. Detta familjeägda företag uppfyllde inte bara, men överträffade våra förväntningar med sin mat som alla görs av dem med undantag för brödet. Med tanke på att en smörgås lätt kommer att mata en rejäl ätare, är värdet ganska bra och jag skulle bli förvånad över att se någon lämnar hungrig. Ett stort tack till ägarna för att låta oss uppleva denna lilla bit av himlen! Jag tycker att dina smörgåsar är perfektion som matchar, eller till och med överträffar, världen. Katz och Carnegies berömda rykte i New York.

Jag var inte säker på att jag skulle klara av det stora alternativet men satsade på det och det gick så himla bra. Min sambo åt den vegetariska varianten som också var fantastisk – och som en del - time meat eater, hade jag varit nöjd med detta också! Jag kan inte rekommendera herr Broda nog – om du är frestad är det bara att köra på. Jag missade nästan som föregående dag de var slutsålda tidigt på kvällen och jag är så glad att jag kunde gå tillbaka på vår sista dag i staden. Personalen var mycket hjälpsam och vänlig och talade flytande engelska och polska.

När vi kommer för att placera inte så många kunder där. Ägare mycket artig och gör god fantasi om allt. Han säljer naturligtvis till oss högsta pris på måltid eftersom det är bäst. servering av mat tar fortfarande tid även om det inte fanns så mycket kunder. om mat smak inte har något dåligt att säga. För mitt sinne maten var kall men kanske pastrami behöver vara så. också portion mycket liten om pris du betalar. jag betygsätter denna plats 3/5 stjärna.
