Had a great evening at Nobu Restaurant in Warsaw. The shared dishes were 10/10! Atmosphere was fine.

Sushi was not special and I would recommend to take the shared dishes.

From food and service perspective - 5 stars, no doubt.

One small feedback to management: we really wanted to tip Jan for amazing service he provided to our group!!!

He really went above and beyond on serving us, sorting out our vegan meals prefferences and being so In details of our stay at Nobu.

I have to give props to the service staff - they really try very hard and are earnest in giving their best service, but it felt like a culinary school student service. At these prices, a bit of a grift.

Add to that, the food is TERRIBLE. I have a feeling the local ramen shop nearby might serve better flavoured food!

we were here for 2 dinners in a row, the 2nd one out of convenience, not choice. the food was absolutely disappointing for Nobu. Seasoning was off and most dishes were all one-note: too sour, too bland, or too spicy - none were flavourful. It's like the chef forgot how to salt his food and he didn't taste anything he was sending out.

On the first dinner we had the four hands omakase, which came up to about 700 USD for 2 people.

I have also just come from Tokyo a week ago - sad to say any train station sushi restaurant in japan at $20 is miles better than this overpriced food. Mr Nobu should be ashamed.

I came back for a quick meal which was the 2nd dinner for the convenience as I was staying here at the hotel, got the classic miso ceviche, black cod, rice, and a simple mushroom soup - thought how bad could it be. These are classics, you can't mess them up. I was wrong.

Ceviche was overly tart and sour, tigre de leche was not present as it was some kind of lime juice with and no flavour - except of raw fish dipped in plain old lime juice. I added my own salt so I could eat it, otherwise I couldn't.

Mushroom soup was very tasteless too and was like water. Boiled mushrooms in water. Again I added my own salt to get through the meal.

Finally the miso black cod - at the price of 240 PLN, which was US$60, it was ridiculous quality for the price. it was rubbery, with a slightly burnt skin, and without the flambe mirin sake flavour for a miso black cod. It was also an overly sweet piece of fish. I couldn't finish it and only ate half of it.

My total bill for this "quick fool proof" dinner was over 500PLN for 1 person.

Totally not worth it.

Please improve the cooking in the kitchen and taste your food before you send it out.

Just very disappointing.

Additionally for the hotel, I had to ring multiple times to ask for shaver, toothbrush, and some coffee capsules, but They do not pick up the phone, I had to go to the front desk to ask for these items, and even then, it was not sent up, and I had to make another trip down to the front desk to ask.

This is totally not a luxury hotel vibe at all.

Don't stay here, the brand does not reflect the actual quality.
