Had a fantastic dinner here a few days ago. The tasting menu provided a great selection of dishes that I understand are modern twists on local ingredients and traditional food.

The dishes look beautiful and are very well made, some are "only" good and some were really superb. The overall experience, also considering the excellent service, is of very fine dining.

We had an amazing dinner with great looking plates, interesting combination and stunning flavours.
The wine selection is quite large, we had a very good recommendation. We choose one of many local natural wines and love it.

Hello. I was at your restaurant a few days ago with my girlfriend.

Probably one of the best and amazing meals we had in looooong time.
The balance with textures and flavors was incredible and surprising. How to present classic cultural and traditional meals in a complete new way, keeping the soul of the food but making it a whole new experience. Simply mind blowing.

We’ve been in many Michelin star restaurants, and few could follow your lead.

We went the next day to a another restaurant, recommended by a friend, Nolita.
Poor, snob, outdated (service, decoration, menu, and manners) overpriced and not even close for a mention anywhere.

Exceptional tasing menu & wine pairing. My friend and I were gluten-free and vegetarian (respectively) and the service was very accommodating. Every dish was beautifully thought out, and the concept of focusing on one region of Poland every 2 months was edifying. Plus scrumptious amuse bouche, housemade mirabelle and elderberry spirits with dessert, and a Poland-only wine pairing - wow!

Flawless. One of the best meals we've had, ever, and a cut above meals that are much more expensive or from Michelin starred restaurants. Can't recommend it highly enough.
