Had a terrible experience with mammography in Damiana clinic at Walbrzyska Street. I knew it was a painful procedure but this one was done by a clueless technician who had no understanding about the ranges of pressing she could apply to find the right balance between the picture quality and amount of pressing on the body. The adjusting she did was totally unacceptable and my complaint about the pain was left with no response from her. I had mammography many times in the past and never experienced such an inexperienced technician before. I’ll never use this clinic again if this technician is in charge of the procedure. Although I received some apology after the procedure from the supervisor, it is a warning to other ladies to be more aware and prepared to deal with such an inexperienced technician.

AVOID GOING TO THIS CLINIC AS A FOREIGNER!

Im a foreigner & this is my negative experience from this clinic.

I wanted to get a doctors examination in order to get a certificate of no contraindications to driving in Poland. I called the clinic & got a reply a call from a receptionist who spoke no English & wasn't able to provide any service. Later, I got a call a call from a receptionist who spoke in English. However, her English was poor & difficult to understand even for a fluent English speaker such as myself. Eventually, was I able to book an appointment.

Unfortunately, I received unacceptable service from an unprofessional receptionist when I came for my appointment.  She also spoke poor English & had awful communication skills. She told me that I was "late" for a blood test earlier the same day. I was never informed about this & received no booking confirmation for this separate appointment. There had clearly been a misunderstanding due to her coworkers lack of language & communication skills. I tried to explain this receptionist but she was too rude for me to continue the discussion.
(She had short-temper, rolling her eyes at me, etc) She then tried to charge me an amount for the visit which was substantially higher than what was mentioned by her coworker. I could tell that this was a rip-off & I refused to pay for the visit.

I cancelled my appointment & do not recommend any foreigners to book any appointments at this clinic!

I was a bit wary to go here because of the low rating, but my experience was excellent. I spoke elementary-level Polish with everyone except my doctor who I knew speaks English. The woman on the registration desk was nice and patient, and explained insurance discounts to me even though she didn't have to.

No one speaks English. There are no signs in English. The registration number system is not in English and is very unclear. No parking. The staff is just over it and wants you to go away. Too many people too close together. No one knows where to go and there is no one to help. In the end after 5 step process you are late and miss the appointment.

Very bad services 😑  ,  I had a Tomagrafia Komputerarowa and the receptionist did not speak well English,  and ask me.to wait to be call by the doctor , I never heard my name , after 30 minutes I went to ask her again for how long I will wait and again she told me to wait , after one hour I go again yo her and tell that I didn't show up at the office of the doctor,  I was in front of her waiting. So I lost my time. The solution was to wait for 2 hours or change the appointment :)
