I want to leave this review and emphasize that there is no flattery in my words. This restaurant deserves a Michelin star.

First of all, I need to say a few words about the service. It was exceptionally good. Some dishes were brought and presented by the chef himself. Special thanks for the gesture, in which the chef supplemented our menu with one item from the set menu as a compliment for the fact that, by my mistake, I came a day earlier than I had reserved dinner. And the dish itself became one of our favorites at that dinner.

Now regarding the cuisine. Each dish reveals the core of taste for each ingredient. From the simplest, like butter and bread, to more complex ones, everything was exceptionally great. I do not want to say more about the menu, because the world has not yet come up with so many epithets.

This fantastic restaurant deserves nothing less than a Michelin star. Nestled in a cosy, intimate setting for no more than 20 guests, the modern and minimalistic yet warm interior immediately sets the tone for an unforgettable dining experience. The use of high-quality, locally sourced products and a menu crafted around the season’s harvest showcase the chef’s dedication to excellence.

Each dish is a masterpiece, with careful attention to detail in both flavor and presentation. The extended wine list caters to all tastes, and the staff’s attentiveness to allergies and food intolerances ensures a worry-free dining experience for all guests.

We opted for the smaller tasting menu (9 courses) and skipped the wine pairing, instead indulging in a delightful bottle of Syrah and champagne for an apéritif. The entire experience felt intimate, with the knowledgeable and attentive staff enhancing our evening.

While it is on the pricier side, it’s well worth the splurge. For two small tasting menus, a champagne apéritif, a bottle of Syrah, water, and coffee, the bill came to 1500 PLN.

I LOVE such places! No fuss, wonderful food cared for down to the smallest detail, flavors wonderfully complementing each other. I'm glad Michelin recognized them in their guide, and I hope they get a star because they absolutely deserve it.

Absolute kudos to the staff, not only did they describe each dish wonderfully, but they also added a few personal comments, which made the whole experience simply human and made me feel very comfortable.
