Best Napoletana style pizza! 🍅The tomato sauce was perfectly sweet and rich, the dough was sour and salty so together with the mozzarella and scampi it was just perfect. It’s not often you get roomtemp tomatoes in a caprese, but that is how it is supposed to be, giving it taste and warmth. The bruschetta tasted fresh garlic and the bread was soft.🍕
