Ok, so we accidently passed by the restaurant, little did we know when we sat the Michelin guide logo. We didn't really plan to eat here. But the Michelin guide logo convinced us to try it out.

We had two Ramen bowls for lunch and one of them was splendid, but the other one was subpar. We had the Tantan Spicy Meat Ramen, which the staff kindly told is was really spicy (which it unfortunately was not at all). It was flavorful, genuine thich broth and mouthful. Obviously it has been cooked for a long time. We gave this bowl a strong 4 out of 5.

The other Ramen bowl that was a big disappointment was the one with Squid (Ika Paitan Ramen) Usually, I love squid, it's delicate and needs to be cooked perfectly.

Honestly, it wasn't cooked well enough, it was too soft and almost a bit slimy and did not fit in a bowl of Ramen at all. However, both of the bowls had splendid noodles, they were bouncy and tasty.

It is a hit or miss, depending probably on what you pick on the menu for the day. Would I come back? Not sure! There are other Ramen restaurants around town that is worth a visit as well.

This was a superb udon! The broth was very rich, the noodles were well cooked, the toppings were all good, but the start of the plate was the squid - with the best texture possible and great taste. The price was on par with what I usually pay for such a plate in Brazil - a fair one. The service was good, although the food took a bit longer than expected to arrive. The ambiance was good as well.

I was hoping for some exceptional asian and japanese food. I am willing to recommend their udon with duck but not their tantanmen ramen or dry ramen. Cocktails were good. The dumplings were fine. Service was decent, but expect long wait times.

At the first moment the ingredients looked good. But the ramen dishes were served almost cold. The broth was barely lukewarm, the boiled egg was literally cold. The noodles were extremely hot inside, it seems it was heated up in the microwave and thrown into the cold broth. The pak-choi leaves were super rubbery, I could barely bite them. I complained that the food was cold. The waitress told us that we had to mix the ingredients to heat everything up. Well, normally the ramen dish comes super hot to the table and we need to stir it to cool it down, not to heat it up. The chopsticks were very poor quality, and for those who needed a support to hold them, they improvised an elastic with a piece of paper in the middle, which could easily fall into the soup. All of this created a discrepancy in the dish that made it impossible to appreciate the whole thing and practically ruined the evening. We decided to leave and take the leftovers home to heat up and try to enjoy at least a little bit.  The waitress, after trying to justify for the second time that there was no problem with the temperature of the food, brought us two bowls to take away and left them on the table for us to pack up the leftovers ourselves. It seems that in addition to waiting in line and paying for the food, we also have to pack it ourselves and reheat the food. It would be easier to cook at home, or even better, just go to another decent ramen restaurant around. I do not recommend this place! Don't waste your time going there.

The food was good, but I expected much more from a Michelin-starred restaurant. It was just okay, similar to what you’d find at a typical noodle, udon, or ramen place.
