Happy to finally visit the top restaurant on my list. The service was so cool and above the average of Lisbon.  We sat down, and the friendly waiter met us and explained the restaurant's concept and menu details. The decoration of the restaurant is super elegant.  It immediately caught my eye with its beautiful wood floors and mezzanine.
For our meal, we started with the Beringela Parmigiana, which I highly recommend. The tomato sauce was simply incredible.
Our main course was the spaghetti with truffle, and it was cooked to perfection. The flavors were absolutely delicious. ❤️

Amazing Italian restaurant in Lisbon. Service was top-notch and were kind enough to split and plate the pasta dishes that we wanted to share. Had the angel hair with truffles (the best), rigatoni, and lasagna.  All were incredible. The desserts (tiramsu and chocolate mousse) were also delicious.  Really great value for a quality meal.

Coma Prima is an absolute gem in Lisbon! The food was outstanding—beautifully presented, full of flavor, and clearly made with care and fresh ingredients. The romantic atmosphere, with its warm lighting and intimate vibe, made it a perfect spot for a memorable evening.

The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the dishes and the overall experience. To top it off, the service was impeccable—the staff were attentive, friendly, and made us feel truly welcome.

I don’t think I’ve ever had a better meal. The homemade pasta with mushrooms and truffles was amazing. The osso buco was excellent! They were kind enough to plate our shared dishes separately for us!!! And the tiramisu was authentic and superb! We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town.

My husband and I came here since they had good reviews! Wow! What an amazing gem in Lisbon! This is a beautiful family owned restaurant that serves the most delicious Italian food! They were so nice and accommodating despite the fact we had no reservations we got seated on Wednesday night; this place was packed. It was so good that we made a reservation for our last night in Lisbon to come back once again! We tried three different dish plus soup and salad. It was amazing! Their tiramisu was so delicious. We will definitely visit this place if we come back to Lisbon.
