I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff's exceptional service made me feel welcomed and cared for. They were attentive, professional, and always ready to assist with a warm smile.

The hotel's location is unbeatable—just a short walk away from an array of fantastic restaurants and cafes, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the local dining scene. Despite its central location, the hotel maintained a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

Cleanliness is clearly a top priority here. Every corner of the hotel, from the rooms to the common areas, was impeccably maintained. The attention to detail truly stood out, making my stay even more comfortable.

But what truly set this hotel apart was the homely feeling it provided. The cozy ambiance, thoughtful touches, and genuine hospitality created an atmosphere that felt like a home away from home.

Very nice and adorable boutique hotel, and great hosts and staff that made us feel special. Our European breakfast (that we took for one day), slightly expensive per person, but was phenomenal. The atmosphere is cozy, the decoration contains quirky, antique stuff and furniture, but also books and other things. Their garden on the 2nd floor is beautiful, and very well kept. The location is great, with public transport, a supermarket and nice cafes and bars at not too distant places.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Just know that the location is on a steep hill, so it may be a workout for some hehe.

Really loved this Hotel, such a jewel in the best location. The staff was suuuper friendly and helpful and the interior decoration and little touches like fresh baked homemade cake and tea etc made you feel so comfortable! Loved the outside garden aswell.
My mother and I were visiting with our grandparents and they had some trouble adjusting to the feelings of a boutique hotel (uneven stairs, smaller rooms with unique decorations, room styles etc) but the house and cleaning- staff went above and beyond to make them comfortable and even helped us with everything! Thank you again for that! I will definitely be back!!

We have stayed at the TOCTOCTOC Lisboa several times, on different floors and rooms.
Each time has felt like staying with friends. The staff is really amazing and always super pleasant and present. It’s a very thoughtful place and all details are carefully considered. There are so many personal touches that really make you feel home. It’s also on a street that’s super close to a lot of the neighborhood favorites including a really cute park just up the street . It’s truly a really special place. 🖤

We found this hotel by chance and felt very comfortable from the very first moment. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are comfortable and lovingly furnished. The location was perfect for us, we had everything we needed within walking distance. The toctoctoc feels like home and we are looking forward to coming back soon.
