We have been coming to Vilamoura on and off for 30 years. Having read the reviews of the Four Seasons we decided to give it a go for a quick 5 day break. It really lived up to its 5 star review rating.
Firstly, the staff, Tony at reception, Andre and Paolo at the bar, and everyone else were fantastic. It feels like a family run hotel such was the warmth of their service.
Second of all, our room was magnificent. Spotlessly clean and extremely well appointed. Really well maintained by the housekeeping staff.
The pool area again was spotlessly clean and had ample well managed sun-loungers.
Breakfast was adequate and although not the most luxurious buffet breakfast we have had in our previous stays in Vilamoura, there was enough to keep us both happy.
For a value break in lovely friendly surroundings We cannot recommend this hotel enough. Thank you to all the Management and Staff.

Had a week here at the end of June 2024. The staff were lovely. Superb omelette for breakfast. The room was huge and clean. Very well kept gardens. Nice little gym. Amazing huge and comfortable bed. Could not fault the place.

I just have to let the world know how wonder everyone in this resort is

My husband had a fall today, thanks to the incredible people here they made sure all his needs were met, an ambulance was called and someone stayed with us through all this, until we arrived back at our room seven hours later.

A more incredibly run resort or better staff could not be found

This is a pretty good family resort. We had the one bedroom apartment, which is plenty big for four people (they allow up to three). We were also fortunate to get a room on the top floor, so the views were epic!

Service is basic - it's certainly enough, and the staff is friendly, but it's not over-the-top like I've experienced in other 5-star resorts (e.g. in Asia).

The breakfast spread is decent - again, good enough but not crazy good. We had just one small meal in the resort, and it was good.

The location is pretty good, so long as you have a car. It's a 10 minute drive into Vilamoura. There is nothing of interest within walking distance though.

Overall, we had a more than satisfactory experience. Would come again.

Just back from our stay. Can't speak highly enough of the Four Seasons. Staff are so so lovely. The food is superb. Apartments are really big and have everything you need. The cleaning staff are amazing. Probably the cleanist place I have ever stayed. We had an amazing stay!
