I wasn’t expecting overly much from this last minute dinner decision! However two courses in we decided to switch from the 8 to the 10 courses because it was so good! Our favorite dishes of the night were the duck croquette and the pre-dessert, which I will dream about for years to come. I have been to many Michelin rated restaurants that, while a great experience, have left me without a single truly memorable dish. Chef delivered stunning dish after stunning dish- I mean I ate chicken blood and I liked it! This is truly a feat. The price point to quality ratio is superb, and I really appreciate the chef’s commitment to sustainability and minimizing waste, something I work hard at in my own kitchen. The service is also wonderful, where you are invited to dine and not rushed from course to course, while still being attentive.  We opened the restaurant up and we shut it down.

Just eat here. Delish.

Thanks Chef Nunu and staff for an incredible birthday dinner while on my vacation. Food was a 10, as the wine, so were the vibes. Loved the little chat we had with the chef at the end. To get to know his places identity and vision towards food and sustainability was so interesting. I came across his restaurant via Michelin and their recommendations. It didn’t disappoint me!Thanks so much and wish you all the best for the future.

Amazing! We had the tasting menu and everything was 5*, from food to service. The octopus is the star of the menu. Will definitely be back at NUMA when staying at Algarve.
