Really nice looking place. Good drinks but takes a long time for them to come.
You can order at the bar or catch a staff member as they walked by to place an order. Drinks were good, loungers were comfy. I just felt like the experience could have been improved (and we would have spent a LOT more) if staff noticed empty glasses and asked if we wanted to order more.
All that being said, I'd definitely go back.

Our group of five girls had a fantastic time at Nosoloagua Portimão. We booked one of the large beds for 50€, which was an excellent choice for comfort and relaxation. The food was a highlight of our visit; it was, without a doubt, the best we had in Portimão, offering a delightful culinary experience at a reasonable price. The male staff members were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, making us feel cared for throughout the day. Unfortunately, our interactions with the female staff were less pleasant. They came across as rude and entitled, behaving as if we were inconveniencing them with simple questions or even during payment. This attitude detracted from an otherwise wonderful experience, and it would be beneficial for the management to address this issue to ensure all guests feel welcome. *Side note* when booking the beach beds, you do not have access to the pool or pool area at all, and there is a 20€ entry fee per person just to go swim in the pool. Reservations should be made before. Despite this, our overall experience was highly positive, and we would certainly consider returning for the great food and comfortable setting. Improving the demeanor of the female staff would undoubtedly enhance the enjoyment of all visitors.

The chicken quesadilla was good, the french fries with the house sauce was amazing. Downside was the we ordered 5 steaks medium rare and they were all well done. Drinks were very good. Service was okay, friendly staff depending on the waiter.

Could NOT disapprove of this establishment enough. The customer service is the worst I've seen in my life. Myself and my family of 12 had made fully paid online reservations months in advance to book cabanas facing the ocean. As soon as we show up, the employee refuses to honour our reservation by giving us cabanas with no view of the ocean. When we politely let them know that we had reserved the ocean facing cabanas, the employee, Laura, very rudely snaps at us and says "pay the extra money to go to the VIP area." When we showed them the screenshots of the reservation and told them we had booked it under another employee, Laura snaps at us again and says "go find that employee then." She even went so far as to yelling at us and saying "are you listening to me?"-- when she was not listening to a word we were saying.
We have been loyal customers and we have been visiting this establishment for several years to celebrate birthdays. We were happy to pay thousands of Euros upfront and to generously offer our business for the full day (we even booked a yacht), but the repeated rude customer service of being treated like dirt today was our limit. Read the other reviews, the female staff at this establishment have egos the size of the moon and huge attitude problems. The male staff and higher management are very nice, they tried to resolve our issue, but by that time, it was already too late. If you care about basic respect and being treated with dignity, stay as far away from this place as possible.

Totally fell in love with this place. Best beach club around the town. Such a vibe and absolutely not to miss place when you are in south of Portugal. Loved the lunch section, loved the sun beds and the lounges. Music and overall vibe was so chic. Could come here again and again anytime.
