Outstanding seafood in the marine town of Nazaré. Definitely not a tourist trap. Authentic food with fresh catch of the day. Excellent sample of domestic wines.  The rice with seafood is extraordinary with generous portions of shrimp, langoustines and clams.  The octopus and fried sardines were also excellent.

Make reservations ahead and do not miss.... amazing Portuguese experience with fish and seafood prepared like it is out of this world! The service is a Michelin star, but.... make reservations! It is always full as opposed to next-door restaurants... unfortunately empty!

The fish cataplana is superb, totally recommended if you like seafood. Been here multiple times and they never disappoint.
During weekends or holidays it is very advisable to ring them up to reserve a table.

For those who say about being charged for the appetizers: please do a bit of research before traveling to a country and understand how things work before giving bad reviews expecting things like in your own country.

No idea how the place managed to get that rate and be mentioned in the Michelin guide. Clams with sand, overcooked shrimps and “complimentary” bread and butter which will cost you additional 10€. Not like it’s a problem to pay but won’t hurt to mention that it is not for free. Overall a bad experience
