Excellent experience! Our guide Aliza was very helpful and funny. Be aware that you WILL get dirty and wet in the Five Sense Tour and it will definitely require a bit of flexibility and dexterity at a couple parts. There are parts where will crawl/hunch over and slide across rocks. All in all, this is highly recommended!

The animals outside the ticket office are a great addition.

The caves themselves are somewhat interesting and a nice family day outing. The tour guide was a bit much in over explaining and rushing through it. Loud and echoed too much so it became very annoying. I believe I would have preferred a personal audio guide with headphones in your selected language so you can also enjoy the silence of the space if you wanted.

I recently visited this stunning cave, and it was an incredible experience. The waiting time was around 10 minutes, which was quite reasonable. The tour inside the cave lasted about 1.5 hours and was led by a knowledgeable guide who provided fascinating insights about the formations and history of the place. Family of 5 with 3 kids (teenagers). We all loved the caves and the tour which were some of the best we've seen and the price to get in was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend it to others. It's hard to show the scale in pictures but it was impressive. About an hour for the tour with everything explained in multiple languages including English. The inside of the caves were fairly dry and when we visited in July it was warm enough that jumpers and trousers weren't needed. Great visit thanks.
