Excellent experience! Our guide Aliza was very helpful and funny. Be aware that you WILL get dirty and wet in the Five Sense Tour and it will definitely require a bit of flexibility and dexterity at a couple parts. There are parts where will crawl/hunch over and slide across rocks. All in all, this is highly recommended!

The animals outside the ticket office are a great addition.

The caves themselves are somewhat interesting and a nice family day outing. The tour guide was a bit much in over explaining and rushing through it. Loud and echoed too much so it became very annoying. I believe I would have preferred a personal audio guide with headphones in your selected language so you can also enjoy the silence of the space if you wanted.

Family of 5 with 3 kids (teenagers). We all loved the caves and the tour which were some of the best we've seen and the price to get in was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend it to others. It's hard to show the scale in pictures but it was impressive. About an hour for the tour with everything explained in multiple languages including English. The inside of the caves were fairly dry and when we visited in July it was warm enough that jumpers and trousers weren't needed. Great visit thanks.

Didn't like the artificial add-ons like the water and fountains, but it's nesssecry to keep the cave's humidity, so all good
The guide was funny and very friendly. He repeated the whole guide in English just for us (myself and my friend were the only 2 English speakers there)
