An amazing hotel to stay in. The location is fantastic with a 10 minute walk to the city center is very easy. The rooms are cozy, clean, very spacious and well stocked. The staff were all super friendly especially towards our service dog and the breakfast was incredible (shout out to the Omelet). I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for our city break, cannot speak highly enough of the hospitality we received from all the team at Alecrim Ao Chiado, the reception team were very helpful and breakfast  service was faultless.
Our Room was also cleaned daily.
The location is very good , close to metro/ tram etc
There are many good restaurants nearby and pink street is but a 5 min walk for the night owls.
Would stay here again without hesitation.

We stayed here end of September and wished we stayed there longer. The location is perfect and the building itself is charming. The staff are absolutely wonderful, they heard my 4yr daughter blabbering about her favorite fruits and the next day at breakfast, the staff at the breakfast lounge served my daughter a bowl of her favorite fruits.  The rooms are huge and very clean. I can't wait to visit Lisbon again and hope to book my stay here.

Once Upon A House is perfection.

Somewhat like going back in time to an exquisitely decorated house with many tastefully decorated rooms.

From the moment we checked in we felt really comfortable and at home.

Our room was spacious, which for hotel rooms now is unusual.  We had a very comfortable large bed, a table and comfortable chairs.

There was all manner of lighting options, a coffee machine and tea making facilities.

The bathroom was large with his and his sinks.  Beautiful products at the sinks and in the shower.

Breakfast for us was again perfect.  When you check in they go through fresh options which are delivered to your breakfast table every morning by the sweetest girls who run the breakfast show.

In the centre of the breakfast room are meats, cheeses, beautiful breads, cakes, cereals and a wealth of options.  Eggs can be ordered to your specification and the cheese, ham, tomatoes scrambled eggs were cooked to perfection.

There is very comfortable seating in the lobby and by the breakfast room and an honesty bar should you desire an aperitivo.

The position of the hotel is also perfect for the lovely areas of Chiado and Biaxa with the metro station a 5 minute walk.

Book this hotel and you will not be disappointed as for us as our first impression of Lisbon could not have been better.

We only spent 3 nights there but could have spent more and at some point will return.

The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The room was very large and they've really given a lot of attention to detail with the decor. Location perfect for exploring Lisbon and close to a metro & train station. Loved our stay.
